Health & Happiness Coaching

Everybody’s journey is unique, and coaching is a truly personal experience. By working together, I can help you to move past any barriers you’re facing, reconnect to yourself and unlock your true potential.

How it works

Whether you’re experiencing issues with diet, stress, self-belief or building relationships, we begin by discussing the areas you’re struggling with. Drawing from many years of experience, I then recommend the therapy I feel will best help you learn to thrive.

Coaching Techniques

Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T.) and Thought Field Therapy (T.F.T.)

E.F.T. and T.F.T. are techniques based on the idea of clearing blocked energy pathways around the body. When fears, thoughts and negative emotions become trapped inside our energy system, they can prevent us from achieving spiritual and emotional balance and living the life we want. Physically tapping the body’s meridian points helps to release this negativity and restore the balance between our body and mind.

Kokoro Neuro-Linguistic Programming Health & Happiness Coaching (N.L.P.)


Kokoro is the Japanese word for connecting mind, body and spirit. This approach involves reprogramming thoughts using techniques, such as hypnotherapy and meditation, to influence our behaviours and improve holistic health, wellbeing and happiness.

Where do we start?

Face-to-Face

We can met in person, this is my preference.

I have the use of multiple locations in and around Cheltenham and so we can discuss which works best for you.

Sessions are £55 per hour.

Video Call

We can arrange video calls where you would prefer and discuss which you feel most comfortable with.

Sessions are £40 per hour.
