Come to my home studio for this small and intimate class where we will move through breathing exercises and gentle restorative poses before ending the class with a meditative relaxation. All mats and props are provided.

Deep Relaxation Yoga Nidra

Friday 1st April  7- 8pm

Join me for a Friday evening treat of being guided and held into deep relaxation. The scene is set as the studio glows with low golden light. You'll have a nest of props and blankets to hold your body in comfort, inviting your nervous system to move into rest and digest.


Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that creates the environment to allow sense of yogic sleep. A state of hovering just between consciousness and sleep. It is deeply calming and healing. Afterwards you'll feel revitalised and more at ease.
